Medical Assistant / Front Office Receptionist

Foothills Podiatry is a privately owned podiatry clinic located in North Phoenix near Mayo Clinic Hospital and Loop 101. Our practice continues to grow and we are seeking an energetic, dependable individual looking for a long-term career.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Check patients in and out and collect patient payments.

• Schedule appointments, answer incoming phone calls, and manage call logs.

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.

• Perform accurate patient data entry and maintain electronic medical records.

• Room patients and prepare/clean exam rooms between visits.

• Sterilize instruments and restock clinical supplies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for healthcare and patient care.

• Previous experience in a private medical practice.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
